Dukkah |

Eastern spice mix used as a condiment, in sauces,
soups and other savoury dishes. Ours is nut based
and as such we serve it with fresh bread, olive
oil and balsamic vinegar - break the bread, dip
it into the oil/vinegar and then dip into the dukkah
to 'crust' your bread. Great with cheeses also.

Chutney |

Made
with ripe tomatoes, capsicums and a hint of chilli
this is an excellent accompaniment to fresh bread,
cheeses and antipasto. Also very good in sandwiches
and pasta sauces to add depth and balance. |

Rosemary/Garlic

Great
brushed over meats before cooking on a barbeque,
used as the oil component in a homemade dressing,
or to seal and cook vegetables for lamb roast. |

Saffron/lemongrass

Terrific
when shaken vigorously and poured over fresh gnocchi
with parmesan (a la our signature dish), brushed
onto fish, prawns and vegetables to enhance cooking
process and flavour. Great served over a tossed
salad with a bbq dinner. |
